Based on our specifications and wishes, Eibach has taken on the production of these special springs. These offer spring rates that are in some cases up to 4 times higher than those of conventional lowering springs. Only in this way can a truly motorsport-like driving experience be achieved in the vehicle models mentioned above. The lowering on the W202 is deliberately not too radical at 40/30mm, as a performance-oriented ride height should not be chosen too low.

Please note: The lowering varies depending on the vehicle model and equipment! We cannot guarantee specific lowering values!

You are purchasing one pair at a time, i.e., 2 springs with a specific spring rate. This way, you can individually configure the spring rates for the front and rear axles:

• Option 1: 2x FA R=250 N/mm
  • 1 pair of front axle springs with a spring rate (R) in the working range of 250 N/mm
• Option 2: 2x FA R=270 N/mm
  • 1 pair of front axle springs with a spring rate (R) in the working range of 270 N/mm
• Option 3: 2x RA R=190 N/mm
  • 1 pair of rear axle springs with a spring rate (R) in the working range of 190 N/mm
• Option 4: 2x RA R=170 N/mm
  • 1 pair of rear axle springs with a spring rate (R) in the working range of 170 N/mm

We can make the following combination recommendations for the W202:

• FA R=270 + RA R=190: R5, R6 & V8 engines, sedan with a lot of equipment in the rear or wagon model.
• FA R=270 + RA R=170: R5, R6 & V8 engines, sedan with little equipment in the rear.
• FA R=250 + RA R=190: R4 & V6 engines, sedan with a lot of equipment in the rear or wagon model.
• FA R=250 + RA R=170: R4 & V6 engines, sedan with little equipment in the rear.
