Mercedes W202 fuel hose tank expansion tank

This high-quality fuel hose with an inner core made of fluororubber (FKM) and a stainless steel spiral as kink protection, replaces the original fuel hose between the fuel tank and the expansion tank, which is located in the right rear wheel house.

The original hose is only made of NBR and is therefore not suitable for E10, biodiesel or ethanol. In addition, it sits openly in the right rear wheel house and has been exposed to all environmental influences over the years. Your hose is certainly already cracked and porous. After filling up, the fuel remains in this hose, so a leak can have serious consequences.
