Mercedes M111 M104 OM606 M113 SMF Motorsport Flywheel

Important: If you order a variant with a magnet in the signal ring, please note that we need this magnet from you in advance. Either send us the magnet separately, or the old flywheel or starter ring as a whole!

This lightweight single mass flywheel (SMF) is the perfect basis for transmitting increased engine torque and lightening the rotational masses on your Mercedes tuning project.

Usability on a wide range of engines was particularly important to us. Interchangeable trigger rings enable use on standard engine control units as well as freely programmable ones.

The weight of the flywheel is chosen so that it is equally suitable for gasoline and diesel engines, as well as track tools that are also used on the street. Not too heavy to get a significant increase in agility, but not too light to avoid unnecessarily loud gear rattle when idling.

For operation you need the Sachs Performance pressure plate 883082 001422 and a 240mm clutch disc with 8.5mm friction plate thickness. The Sachs 1422 significantly exceeds the performance of the well-known Sachs 765 pressure plate.

Suitable for:

M102, M103, M104, M111, M112, M113, OM601, OM603, OM604, OM605, OM606, OM611, OM613, etc. on 5-course (short input shaft) or 6-speed (716.64x, 716.65 X, 711,670, etc.)

Choose between the following trigger ring options:

• 60-2 (Like M111, M113, OM611 from 1996)
  
• 2 segments with or without magnet (like M102, M111 before 1996)
• 3 segments with or without magnet (like M103, M104)
• 5 teeth (same as OM602, OM605)
• 6 teeth (like on OM603, OM606)
• Without trigger ring

Technical details:

• Light steel flywheel < 10kg
  
• Signal ring as desired
• Hardened starter ring
• Balanced according to DIN ISO 1940-1

Scope of delivery:

• Flywheel including pilot bearing and selected trigger ring
  
• High strength screws for mounting the flywheel
• High strength screws for mounting the pressure plate
