Mercedes M111 M104 OM606 M113 SMF clutch kit for up to 850Nm

This clutch kit, including a lightweight single-mass flywheel (SMF), is the perfect foundation for transmitting increased engine torque and reducing rotating mass in your Mercedes conversion project.

Usability across a wide range of engines was particularly important to us. Interchangeable reluctor rings enable use with stock engine control units or freely programmable control units.

The weight of the components is chosen to be equally suitable for gasoline and diesel engines, as well as track tools that are also driven daily. Not too heavy to gain a significant improvement in revving ability, yet not too light to generate unnecessary gear rattle at idle.

Suitable for:

M102, M103, M104, M111, M112, M113, OM601, OM602, OM603, OM604, OM605, OM606, OM611, OM612, OM613, etc. with 5-speed (short input shaft) or 6-speed (716.64X, 716.65X, 711.670, etc.)

Important notes: If you order a version with a magnet in the signal ring, please note that we will need it from you in advance. Please send us either the magnet separately, or the old flywheel or the old starter ring gear in its entirety. There are combinations of engine and transmission that require shimming the release bearing. This applies to various 5-speed transmissions, the 711.670, and possibly others. Please check the clearance of the release bearing BEFORE installation.

Choose between the following options for the clutch disc:

• Organic sprung: Up to approx. 600Nm
• Organic unsprung: Up to approx. 650Nm
• Sintered metal sprung: Up to approx. 750Nm
• Sintered metal unsprung: Up to approx. 850Nm

Choose between the following options for the signal rings:

• 60-2 (As on M111, M113, OM611 from model year 1996)
• 2 segments with or without magnet (As on M102, M111 before model year 1996)
• 3 segments with or without magnet (As on M103, M104)
• 5 teeth (As on OM602, OM605)
• 6 teeth (As on OM603, OM606)

• Lightweight steel flywheel < 10kg
• Sachs-Performance pressure plate 883082 001422 (strength like Sachs 765)
• Clutch disc as desired
• Signal ring as desired
• Hardened starter ring gear
• Balanced according to DIN ISO 1940-1
• Universal bolt pattern, also suitable for 4x2 bolt pattern on M113
• Black oxide finish

• Flywheel including pilot bearing and selected signal ring
• Clutch disc as selected
• Sachs-Performance pressure plate
• High-strength bolts for flywheel mounting
• High-strength bolts for pressure plate mounting
