This flange adapter kit allows you to easily fit a Garrett G25 or G30 turbocharger to your OM605 or OM606 engine. The Garrett G-series harmonizes perfectly with these engines and, with high maximum airflows and relative pressures, provides significantly better response than, for example, a Holset HX35 or HX40 turbocharger.
Another major advantage is that the original intercooler piping can continue to be used. The flange adapter positions these chargers so that the outlet of the compressor housing aims precisely at the original intercooler pipe. The included oil connection kit makes connecting the oil feed and oil return quick and easy.

Important Notes:
The flange adapter was designed to fit standard Garrett V-band exhaust housings without an internal wastegate (0.61ar, 0.83ar and 1.01ar). If you intend to use a different exhaust housing, please verify compatibility beforehand.
For creating the necessary seals, we recommend our WIKO products, especially the anaerobic flange sealant and the anaerobic thread sealant.
