These high-quality 240mm clutch discs with organic friction linings are now available for purchase separately from our proven flywheel and clutch kit.
The lining thickness of 8 - 8.5mm, the extremely compact torsional damper, and the hub with the typical 26-tooth Mercedes profile make these discs compatible with a wide range of original pressure plate/flywheel combinations from the Mercedes range. Thanks to their robust construction, these discs can transmit very high torques of up to 650Nm with a suitably strong pressure plate.
The hub fits all common gearbox input shafts of Mercedes 5-speed and 6-speed manual transmissions from 1982 - 2015 and beyond. If you are unsure whether the disc fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us.
