Mercedes W202 C208 R170 240mm sintered metal clutch disc spring loaded

This high-quality 240mm sintered metal clutch disc, which usually is only available within our proven flywheel and clutch kit, you can now purchase separately. The spring-loaded sintered metal disc is the perfect upgrade if you want to inexpensively increase the performance of the original clutch components without having to replace the entire flywheel.

The 8mm pad thickness, extremely compact torsion damper, and hub with the typical 26-tooth Mercedes profile make this disc compatible with a wide range of original pressure plate/flywheel combinations from the Mercedes range. Thanks to the high number of sintered metal pads, the starting behavior for this type of friction disc is still very controllable and suitable for everyday use.

The hub fits all common transmission input shafts of Mercedes 5-speed and 6-speed manual transmissions from 1982 to 2015 and beyond. If you are unsure whether the disc fits your vehicle, please contact us.
